The manufacturer decides the product registration process, if any. If they do not have an internet facility to do this registration then you you need to follow the process they have instructed you to use in the documentation that comes with the product.
For some electrical products some manufacturers do not offer any kind of registration process. It depends on the product and the manufacturer's policy.

The website is good. Access it through blackanddecker.com. There it will prompt you for membership so you will exist in their system, and you can then register the product.
No, I did not register my product on-line and as for your answer to my request, I will not pay any money for on line support, registering my product should be an easy thing to do, as I see it, you want us to pay for something that shoul be easy accessable! Thanks for nothing.
