I NEED MSI K9MMV, ASUS K8V-MX, ASUS P5RD1 MOTHER BOARD DRIVER CD's. PLs provide some link to download the above or provide the information, from where I can collect the CD's. from India.

    I downloaded and installed Sound max Audio driver v5.12.01.5150 in ASUS K8V-MX mother board. but it is not working. properly. even control panel sound and volume controls also not functioning.But in device manager it is installed I am using windows XP profissonal operating system
    Is it correct driver or not? if any avalable pls provide link or driver.

You can download the motherboard drivers from MSI.com and ASUS.com then you wont need any CD's thereafter. You can also try download.com.

I want asus k8v-mx xseries matherboad sound driver
Go to the Asus site http://www.asus.com/ , select your region click on Download,
In Select Product,choose Motherboards;
In Select Series, choose Socket754;
In Select Models,choose K8V-MX;
Click onSearch;
ExpandAudio;
Select yourOperating System.

Additional,pls verify that your Audio option is set to “Enabled” in your CMOS/BIOS.

K8V-MX SATA and XP instal problem
According to the title here I have found a link for information on the motherboard you listed. If can be found here:

Here it has the drivers and also a link for the manual. I would suggest downloading the files to another computer and burning CD to use on the other system.

hi there i found the drivers on this site and i can download and pass it to you thru ur email or not i could give u the website of it

by the way there are two versions of ur mother board : ASUS P4BP-MX or ASUS P4BP-MX 2.0 so pls tell me which one and i could forward the driver for u or like i said i could give u the website and just place in ur motherboard model

but if ill send it thru mail the drivers it will be in two batches coz yahoo mail is 10 mb is the maximum
