you can download ur driver from the internet or go to the nearest dealer or the shop that you buy ur cam and for the driver, the beat way is to download it from the internet.
go to support.dell.com and download the modem driver to an external media (cd, thumb drive, etc.).
then right click 'my computer' and go to properties then device manager. you should be able to go to the modem and update the driver from a specific location and then point it to the external media you have downloaded the driver to.

cant just install driver you need to buy online software called "motorolla phone tools vers. ???" only way your comp gunna reconize the phone version being last one out idk anymore since i do not have a motorolla anymore
