Question about Concord Camera Eye-Q Duo 2000 Digital Camera
This is Wonderful....Thank you for reading. I have Windows Vista but
You do not need a CD. Vista will install proper driver when the camera is connected.

The driver for this camera will NOT work on any Windows operating system newer than XP with Service Pack 2. After XP Service Pack 3 Windows will NOT properly recognize this camera and Concord went out of business. There were no updated drivers created beyond that point. THE SOLUTION is to use a Windows OS that is XP Service Pack 2 or earlier, probably back to Win95. You can do this by creating a small partition to install an old version of windows and boot to that partition to retrieve the photos, which is what I did. Do NOT install any windows updates, just let windows detect the camera and install a driver. THEN if you intend to keep the partition to continue to use the camera, disable the network connection as you don't want it to connect to the internet. OR find an old machine with XP SP2 or earlier to retrieve the photos OR you may be able to run an old version of Windows in a virtual machine, like 'Virtual Box' although I've not tried that method. .
PS: I use LINUX and was unable to find a linux driver that works for this camera
