INK PROBLEM

Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

You can still use it but will need a new transfer belt soo which is a consumable product.

stop 0 stop1 sets the machine service mode. select consumable clear the copy kit counter

(1) If it takes developer as well as toner you will need to change the black developer.

(2) Also check the voltage is correct

(3) check that the toner path is not blocked

Have you check, the image units, for is the light copies a b/w issue or a color issue? have you check the consumables does the transfer belt or fuser unit need replacement. are image units OEM or third parties?

check there are two locking claw for uper cover of adf one is broken check and replace if necessary

Print head is passed its life which is the LASER get a new one.

Check all your paper tray make sure all side guide are set properly to the size of your paper. Check the front on the right side there is a paper size nob and set to the size of the paper in the tray next to it. A sheet 8.5x11 paper on four side edge of the paper make an arrows marking and place it to platen glass and make copies and make sure to choose which paper tray you are using. The marking all should be in all four corner of the copies. if not recheck the paper tray side guide. if this did not work. what ever paper tray is off registration, removed the the paper and lift the pressure plate or lift plate there is two screws to loosen to adjust rear and front paper side guide.
