Magicolor 3300 reset fuser counter

Minolta Magicolor 3300 Imaging unit

I had the same problem. Check out page 3-308 of this document.
Take off the side cover and re-engage the gear. Should solve the problem.

Hello.

Give this a try (from Minolta Support):

1. With the Menu ENGINE selected, press the Down key.
2. Press the PREV key until SERVICE is displayed
3. Press the Select key to display "FACE COUNT".
4. Press both the Select and Down keys at the same time and hold for at least 3 seconds.
5. With Service Person displayed, press the Down key.

You are now in Service Mode

Select "Reset Counter Fuser Unit"

Exit by selecting the Cancel key.

Hope this resolves your problem.

Paper Jam when printing

Clean the rollers in the paper path with a moist cloth (NOT WET CLOTH). Keep rolling them and keep cleaning them. Then allow sometime to dry up. Ot if in a hurry then dry them with your hairdryer without the heat.

Imaging Unit Missing on Konica Minolta Magicolor

I had the same problem previously. I had a small piece of paper jam in the imaging unit
pulled it out and got the Imaging Unit Missing error. I could not solve the problem so I called it in under the extended warranty. Even the printer tech could not solve this issue. But, I look at this file, took off a the side cover moved the gear an viola! fixed..
