The screen on my Toshiba REGZA 37AV555D has been smashed as a result from an accident. Can the screen be replaced and any ideas on cost? Cheers

Yes the screens can be replaced and if you're half decent with a screw driver (and have the patience of a monk) it's probably worth attempting yourself.

Ball park figure for a new screen is around £150 but I recommend you get on eBay and buy either a used screen or smashed up laptop and take the screen off that. It should work out a much cheaper repair.
