Color problem I have lcd 32in toshiba regza some time the color disappear it happen several time in a day

need to replace panel .

if no any power indicator at the front panel, check for a blown fuse at the power supply board.

Have the power supply capacitors checked

If you are using a hdmi cable take it off and switch to component cables if the problem goes away keep it that way. Sometimes the hdmi hookups have bugs like this.

My 52 in regza has a vertical line on the right side as well just under 2 years old, out of warranty and to costly to repair, I paid $2500 as well. The TV has been on its stand since the day I bought it and has been moved once.
I have read of others who have this problem as well, just google toshiba regza red line, or vertical line
I Too will never buy Toshiba products and I will tell everyone I can about the **** LCD Toshiba

Go to menu on your remote control and select picture setting and try selecting "default" setting to seeif you like the color, if not adjust contrast to about two thirds of the way and brightness to your liking and color to about the middle.

Model number means EVERYTHING to a real technician...
As a guess the popping noise could be arcing to ground - maybe from the inverter or one of the transformers on the inverter. The fuzzy green could be decoding the t-con board is attempting as this ground fault happens and shuts the unit off... I' would clearly have this checked before it does some serious damage. An ounce of prevention could save you pounds of cure....

This is a Faulty Screen, it should be covered under warranty. It is on Samsungs.

It is caused by heat build up within the LCD panel, a design flaw.

TV was on, screen went black... Stanley cup playoffs double OT continued sound only. TV now just clicks on and off.
