Acer z3751 has mother board problems especially when the operating system is being updated. So far Acer service only replaces its mother board when there is a complaint of auto shut down and of having difficulty in starting the systems. I would advise not to replace the mother board if there is such a problem after warranty period and if possible try to extend the warranty period as long as possible to minimise the cost of repairing.
ohh hp pavillion have 2 year warranty on the motherboard, but dont do it yourself, just call the customer care and ask them to resolve the issue, as system is still in warranty period, dont void the warranty yourself
ASUS Motherboard ( Purchased after Nov 1,99 ) do have 3 years Warranty.To Confirm whether your Product is under Warranty or not, you need to check directly with the Seller.
