AR M700N copier jams... trouble code H5-01

The following is from the Sharp website on error codes: SHARP MX M503N ERROR CODES Trouble Codes

H5 01 = 5 TIMES CONTINUOUS POD 1 NOT-REACH JAM

Started in 2004-discontinued in 2008 i believe.

If you look at the serial number the first digit is the year it was manufactured, the last digit is the month. for instance 50000008 would be August of 2005.

This is a low fuser temperature error. Normally it can be reset by doing the following...make sure it's in copy mode:

pound, star, C, star
14, start
execute

once machine restarts the code should be gone. if not, and you're in Houston, we can get you fixed up.

In Lipi 6306 line printer "Checksum fault block 8".It is not going on offline.What should I do now.I have not faced this type of problem before.

your bushing at fusser unit is worn out

check the motor or main motor

it sounds to me like you have some severe fuser thermistor and thermal fuse problems ...i would look into getting an entire fuser assembly sharp part number DUNTW7305DS** last digits depend on your location and power supply

Check for jam paper in the fusing section.
(paper winding, etc.)
Check fusing unit installation
Clear the trouble with SIM 14.

To clear the trouble with SIM 14, enter the SIMULATION mode.

Enter # INTERRUPT C INTERRUPT, then hit 14 and the START key. Then hit either OK or START again.

Exit the SIM mode easiest by turning the machine off and back on again.

you need your developer replaced. That will solve the gray blacks/
