Sorry but tried all the codes above in Bell remote. Non of them work the fx900w.
Its funny how the Original Poster Kylzunk mentions in his potential solutions asking do to post LIST of numbers. I have the Bell Manual with sony codes in there. None are working.
On the bright side, OP does say he HAS another Bell remote that does work for Sony fx900w. So there is hope. Kylzunk, if you read this, please post the zode. Also what are you using? Aux? Thanks.

Regarding your solution #2:
NOTE: The AUX mode on the Bell 9242 remote uses a four digit code, so remember to have a 2 in front of the three digit code for your amp system. Therefore in your example it would be 2728.
You may try the following:
617,644,645,650,687 and 728. These are the codes for Dish.
Hi I will be glad to assist you in this issue, here is the codes for the sony tuner/amplifier- 673, 680, 687, 693, 730,
731, This is how to reprogram the remote, you need to press and hold the aux button wait until all the lights lit up, once all the lights lit up press number 2 followed by the code then then the pound button then the aux will flash 3 times. it means that the remote is program. you need to try all the codes until u got the right code.

I've tried all the Dish codes as well (prior to my posting), including these and they don't work. If it helps. I do have another same remote (programmed eons ago) that still works but I can't remember the code I put in it. If you don't know the DV-FX900W remote code, the other option I thought of is that I remember there was some "trick" on these remotes for it to tell you the code it's programmed with by making the AUX light flash the appropriate number of times. Example "7 flashes", "Pause", "2 Flashes", "Pause", "8 Flashes" = Code 728, but I don't remember how to do that.
I forgot to mention that I've already tried all the Dish Network codes prior to my original posting and none of them work.
I see two solutions:
1) Someone knows or can find the actual code for the Sony DAV-FX900W (not just a list)
2) There is a way to extract the code from my other (same) remote that is working.
Regarding #2 I remember once finding a way to make the remote tell me what code it was programmed with for each of the buttons. It would do it by doing a certain # of flashes, pause, flash, pause, flash etc to indicate "7 2 8" etc but I can't remember how I did this.
I forgot to mention that I looked up Dish's codes prior to my original and none of them work, including the ones you gave me.
I see 2 solutions to this problem:
1) Someone knows the actual code for the Sony DAV-FX900W (not a potential list)
2) There is a way to extract the code from my 2nd remote that actually works.
I have a second of the same remote where the AUX button is programmed correctly. Unfortunately it was programmed eons ago and I don't remember the code but I do remember that once I found a way to have the remote tell me what code it was programmed with.
If someone knows this solution that would be an acceptable work around! I know some sequence made the AUX light "flash, pause, flash, pause, flash", where the number of flashes in each section would represent one of the 3 digit numbers the remote was programmed with.
