2. Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace fuse/reset breaker.
4. Turn the cleaner off and disconnect it from the electrical
outlet. Then allow cleaner to cool for 30 minutes. If the
thermal protector continues to activate see Needs Service
solution #5.
1. Replace disposable bag - Pg. 9.
1. Review disposable bag removal and replacement - Pg. 9.
3. Replace brushroll - Pg. 10.

Turn the cleaner off and disconnect it from the electrical
outlet. Then allow cleaner to cool for 30 minutes. If the
thermal protector continues to activate see Needs Service

I had one in doing this last week. I replaced the upper handle and it acted normally again. Maybe just a bad connection where the handle plugs in?

Hey. I believe you will need to replace the main PCB board too. My new handle was sent with a new PCB board. However, I tried just replacing the handle first and it acted the same way you describe. Once I changed the PCB board it worked fine. Hope this helps.

As long as you are not loosing suction there is no problem,just a faulty sensor.Check the bag manually.

I would try changing the belts. You can get the belts you need here:

check for a clog in the brush hose

look near your bottom of your vacuum. it might be clogged there have it looked at a soon as possible.

have you cleaned the filters?

they do this as a matter of course. its a poorly designed vacuum. Hoover doesnt exist any more, it is actually a dirt devil
after years in the vac repair business, i reccommend that you look at panasonic the next time
