get on to the screen of which you want to take screenshot Press print screen on the keyboard then open mspaint and press ctrl c + v. save the file

Firstly, you should take a screenshot of what's on your screen. Then go to your email account and send the screenshot as an attachment. For more details, you can visit here: http://screenshot.net/email-screenshot.html

Command-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it as a file on the desktop

Command-Shift-4, then select an area: Take a screenshot of an area and save it as a file on the desktop

Command-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Take a screenshot of a window and save it as a file on the desktop

Command-Control-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it to the clipboard

Cmd+Shift+3 : similar with PrtScn for Windows, whole desktop activities capture.
Cmd+Shift+4: Region capture.

Yes you can still download the driver. Open this link [Click Here], click "Select..." (Screenshot No.1) and select your operating system i.e. windows xp or windows vista or windows 7 etc.. and then click "Next" (Screenshot No.1). Now on the next page, click the (+) sign beside "Drivers (2)" to expand (Screenshot No.2) . Again, click one of the links (Screenshot No.3.), I recommend the 1st link.
Again on the next page, click the "Download" button or the other [red arrows pointed] link (Screenshot No.4)
