Check to see if someone turned on a timer in the user menu.

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

First, if you are a manager with some knowledge on monitors and televisions need to replace the LCD, if not technical will have to seek out a specialist to do it.

B+ over current protection (OCP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 2 blink fault. Could be a short in the power supply of any of the circuits.

How many times this standby/power light blinks at one time switch ON? Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON; you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. This will make repair easy.

Check TV Speaker option in setup/ option of Menu and make sure tv speakers are ON to get sound in tv speakers.

Usually resetting a device like that is done via it's On Screen Display (OSD). Maybe you need to contact Sony Tech support.
