I have takin all the ram out and I still get the three beebs when I power up. There is an onboard as well as a vidio card installed. I mhave also inserted the ram one at a time and still have the same results with the three beebs.

Good manufacturers provide beep codes. Without the codes, the video card and RAM would be my first suspects. Take out all of the RAM and power up the machine. What do you hear? Also, are you using an add-on video card, or is it onboard?

The 3 beep error code means there is a prolem with the RAM, it could be faulty or needs reseating.
Try reseating the RAM and if this doesn't work then if you have more than one RAM module insert one at a time to determine which is the faulty RAM module.
OR take the RAM modules to your friendly computer shop to test them for you.
