My monitor is working but nothing shows up. when I turn computer on I here three beebs a 10 sec pause three more beebs and so on whats the problem. motherboard is a ECS P4VMM2 V5.X that I rehooked up

I have takin all the ram out and I still get the three beebs when I power up. There is an onboard as well as a vidio card installed. Good manufacturers provide beep codes. Without the codes, the video card and RAM would be my first suspects. Take out all of the RAM and power up the machine. What do you hear?
