Do you mean migrate pokemon from a gba pokemon game to diamond because if you do that you need to complete the sinnoh pokedex by seeing every pokemon in the sinnoh pokedex and then you can go to the pal park. Then put the gba game in the gba slot. Start up you diamond and on the menu there should be a sign that says, "Migrate from gba game"
Pokemon Diamond was made for the DS and was made after the GBA stopped with games being made. Only generation three pokemon games and some gen 2 and 1 will work on the GBA the Diamond version in gen 4 and needs the DS's touch screen for gameplay.
Actually, There IS a Pokemon diamond game for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance, It's much like chaos black, It truly is a horrible game, And I don't recommend wasting your time on it, But, If you want to play the game that came out in 2007 on the GBA, you're out of luck.
