Hello. pull out the spray nozzle and turn on the water. The water is either leaking from the hose, or from the connection. If the hose has a hole in it you will have to replace it. If the connection is leaking, disconnect it [with the faucet off], put some teflon paste or teflon tape on the threads and reconnect it.

Spray not working, doesn't stop water from faucet.

It sounds like a kinked hose under the sink or a clogged nozzle. Unscrew the nozzle from the sprayer and check for calcium buildup. New parts can be purchased cheaply from the local hardware store, take the old parts in and a sales rep can help you with the correct parts. Some sprayers have replacement nozzles...unscrew the old and screw in the new.

Yes the leak is the washer. You can get a new washer at any hardware store. Just take the damaged washer with you and have someone at the store help you.

Here is the washer size according to the manual 20X12X2.5

My Blanco Torino faucet is leaking under the button when you press the button on top to use the spray.

Check the hose connections at the spray head nozzle it sounds like it is leaking there and running down the hose and ending up under the sink.

You might try replacing the o-rings but I would replace the cartridge and the o-rings. Be sure and use silicone lubricant on the o-rings.
