Window does not start

Any time i try to start my computer it kept telling me failed to staart because winsv was not found and to reinstall the application but i do not have the cd.

This file is found on the operating system disk, if you do not have the factory or microsoft system disk, you will need to purchase one and reinstall from it. once you get a disk, after booting off it run the repair option and run chkdisk /r this will repair all system files. if the new disk will not allow you to do a repair you will have to run the install feature. BPCS

this is happening when windows BOOT sector is damaged..and you need to either reinstall the operation system ..or use the recovery partition or cd to do that ...
If you have a windows Boot-able cd ..just insert ..choose repair ...and when it asks for command choose 1 for the first 0drive /C:/windows..and the command is FIXBOOT ..after that type exit ..and yes..and will do ...if you find it hard to work with it in DOS..just reinstall it ..and will be fine..

You might have installed the drivers recently with the "found new hard" wizard without selecting "No, Not this time".
Once the "found new hardware" wizard pops up, don't close it or cancel it, rather leave it and directly go to your device manager, expand all the snap-ins and locate any device link with yellow highlighted question (?) mark. Make sure in which device's category it is listed, and install the driver from the "found new hardware" wizard by selecting "No Not this time only" before you proceed to the next step.

If done at a Cadillac dealer it would not be doing that now. The PCM will need to be flashed with the VIN number of your car to operate again. ANY TIME THE COMPUTER IS CHANGED THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER NEEDS TO BE ENTERED INTO THE prom IN THE COMPUTER

Hi, It seems that the malware has eaten up your computer programs. The only solution that I can suggest you is to reinstall the windows operating system.
