If weather bug is working it can mean Internet explorer might be corrupted. You can try to clear IE cache by clicking on tools, internet options and then on this window click on advanced tab, then click reset which is last option. Dont choose restore defaults. Once this is done close all windows you have open and try again. If this does not work this can also be cause by anti virus software. Try to disable it and see what happens. Best solution is to use another computer and download firefox and burn it on a cd or use usb flash drive and then install it on the pc that has issues. Hope this helps.

Have you done anything to your ip like trying to port forward ect?
Did you go into your cmd and use command ipconfig/refresh or renew? If you did you will have to manually reset you ip to do this go to
start
control panel
local area connections
properties then find something that says internet protocal v 6 or v 4 depending on your internet
click properties on the above protocal of your network and make sure your ip is being obtained automatically
If this does nothing try to reset your browser and internet. errors could be caused by viruses or fooling around =P okay so
start
control panel
internet options
advanced
at the bottom you will see reset internet explorer settings click reset wait for it to compleat this should work. Thanks hope you get it figured out
