SOURCE: my neato is showing a message :my vision was blocked. please press ok (3000). How do I fix this?

Dust off your drop sensors. Using a cotton swab, clean the two drop
sensor windows on the bottom of your Neato Vacuum. Power cycle the unit, removing the batteries if necessary. You should be good to go.

My Neato XV1 says it's vision is blocked. I have cleaned everything-used pressure air, wiped off all vision eyes but it still says it's vision is blocked. What else can I do?

There are several errors that can occur for unknown reasons if your batteries are not working properly. How old are the batteries? There is a piece of software designed by Neato users which can diagnose issues with your Neato, including getting a map of the lidar scans. Search for the download on the site robotreviews [dot] com in the Neato forum.

I have a xv n330 dvd player and it says lock when I try to take out the dvd in the player and it says lock.

When you press the eject botton while pressing down the stop botton on the unit in
standby mode, the tray lock function is activated. The disc tray
cannot be opened or closed in this status. To release this
status, press the eject botton while pressing down the stop botton on the unit in standby
mode.

Oil change frequancy

There are several schools of thought on this. Some say you should change your oil every 3000 miles; others say every 6000 miles is fine. In any case, you should change it every 3 months.
