Question about Vision HDV-42P2 Television
When you said "huge crack on the inside" you mean the screen? if so let me tell you that the only way to fix it, is replacing the screen, really expensive, like $800-1000 just parts.
My recomendation is that you pick up the phone and play it hard with Samsung, they dont want to fix it under warranty because 90% of broken screens are due to End User fault.

The tv was making a buzzing noise and I turned off the tv and the tv made a popping noise and a huge crack was on the inside of the tv not the side. Their is no physical damage to the outside of the tv just the inside. I didnt break my tv.
If both companies looked at the tv a determined that the tv problem was caused from physical damage (crack) both warranties are void. But it seems your saying that the problem in the tv caused the crack on the side?
is this correct?
