The LV control (mains side) fuse is on the control board.
The HV (lethal side) fuse is housed inside a plastic shell, next to the HV capacitor.
For both, the outer shell (microwave oven's cover) needs removal.
BUT:
Mains must be off, preferably about 15 minutes to allow HV capacitor to discharge through it's internal drain resistor.
AND:
There will probably be one or more security tamper-proof screws on the cover, to prevent accidental injury through electrocution.
WHY:
Microwave ovens are the most lethal household appliances to open when untrained hands poke around.
SUGGEST:
Get an experienced tech to check it out.

Blower fan run when i shut the door and never shuts off what could the problem be mo#rcs10ts

Some brands of microwaves will do that when you have a bad door switch or the door/switches are out of adjustment. In most cases the actual microwave isn't running just the light and fans but it does need corrected.

The fuse to the Power cord on our amana hdc21 blows when you start cooking a product why?

How many other electrical items do you have working on this same fuse? Lamps, radios, tv's, fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, etc. can all put stress on the circuit causing the fuse to blow. Check the fuse to see what else it controls. You may have to move your microwave to another outlet...2100 watts is very powerful and draws a great deal of electricity. Or you may just have to turn off a lamp, tv, radio, etc when using your microwave.

Vent and lights do not work on over the range microwave

Check for another fuse. Check all electrical connections for burns. Did you check fuse with a meter or just look at it? Don't trust what it looks like.
