Im trying to find out how change language on a maxelf headset

I am trying to figure this out also.

Ion know if I'm to late.....but Ive only had the headset for 2 weeks I somehow changed the language on my headset......I did try to live with it honestly......i just started trying combinations Lmbo.......

ANYWAY I HELD DOWN THE VOLUME UP AND DOWN BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME AND THEN PRESSED THE CALL BUTTON........

SHE THEN SAID ENGLISH PROMPT AND THAT WAS IT......

You need to download english version from Jabra Support web page and install it.

The HX550 does not have language settings you can only turn on/off the Voice Prompts, you can also check for the Voice prompts option by doing the steps below..Press and hold the Call button while turning on the
headset to turn these features on/off:

• Reset to factory default
Caution: This action erases all pairing information
stored in your headset.
• Caller ID
• Voice prompts
• Multipoint (two phone) connections
• WBS (Wide-band Audio) on/off

Follow the voice prompts to make changes to these
settings.
Note: Some features are phone/network dependent.

Turn off the headset. Then hold down the call button and turn the headset on again. The voice interface will ask if you want to continue in a number of different languages. When they ask if you want to continue in the language you want, press the call button again to select that language.

First off the device you are referring to is a ST3 and not a Z9. What you need to do is put the device into pair mode prior to searching in your iphones bluetooth menu, to do this with the device off hold down the green button until you hear a language loop. When you hear the language of your choice let go of the green button and press it once right away. You will hear a message about your phones bluetooth menu, when you hear that go to your Iphones bluetooth menu and select the ST3 and it should work.

the problem on that case is the microphone in your headset. i can't see any problem on the installation or software. try to change another headset or microphone. make it sure you inserted well the jack of headset at your PC.
