I'm a female age 51 128 pounds my blood pressure is 97 over 57 is it normal

Normal blood pressure in the elderly may have a higher number than the normal blood pressure at the age below. Normal blood pressure for female at age 70 is 130/80. For those aged 60 years and over, the recommended blood pressure is less than 150/90.
But if she has diabetes or kidney disease, the recommended blood pressure is below 140/90. Stay healthy.

Normal blood pressure is 120/80. It shouldn't change much with age. But you might see an elevation to around 140/90. If you are less than that, it's normal.

140/90. This is higher that the standard 120/80 because our blood pressure tends to rise with age naturally.

120/80 is the standard maximum for "normal".
For seniors of advanced age, 130/80 is considered "normal".

Usually, normal blood pressure is 120/80. I think, considering your age your blood pressure (123/92) is not a problem. I think you are conscious about positive effects of meditation. To keep your health good you can practice meditation regularly.

Like the old guidelines, the new guidelines recommend that adults ages 30 to 59 should get treatment if their blood pressure is above 140/90 mm Hg.

New blood pressure guidelines state " Adults aged 60 and older should take BP meds if their blood pressure exceeds 150/90". So, if you are below that and not experiencing any other symptoms, you should be good. I'd ask my doctor also.
