My Jensen Music System JiMS-206 PLAYS A CD FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS AND THEN STOPS ?

SOURCE: problem with cd playing

You have not described the fault or machine type clearly, is it just a CD player, what make and model, shuts down,? CD play stops or machine goes into standby mode or what ?

If stops playing or maybe going into s/by mode, check the cable that connects the laser to the cct board.

while the docking station is in sleep mode or off not playing any music on the remote click the set button twice an alarm clock icon will appear and you use the volume buttons and the skip track buttons to set. To turn the alarm off hold the snooze button down until icons disappear. I lost the english version of my instructions but still have the spanish and can kind of figure out what it says still. Hope this helps

Press and hold the SNOOZE/LIGHT button. This will toggle the Alarm On and Off.

1. If the radio / i-pod is on- turn it off.
2. Hit the 'mode' button until the time flashes (it should be 3 times).
3. Use the Tun +/- button to change the hour.
4. Use the Volume +/- to change the minutes.
5. Click through the rest of the options to change between setting the alarm, how to be woken up (chime, ipod, etc), 12/24 hour format, year, and date.
