CLEAN FILTER/SET FILTER TIMER

WHEN THE LCD IS SWITCHED ON IT WRITES CLEAN FILTER AND SET FILTER TIMER. TWO RED LIGHTS KEEP BLINKING ON THE PROJECTOR.
ITS HOLDING UP MY LECTURES. HELP NEEDED URJENTLY.

    i have exactly the same problem. it is impossible to reset the filter timer.

    I have a problem,my Hitachi CP/RS 55 shows clean filter immediately after starting I cleaned it but it still would pop up,my electronic service centre tried to solve and gave up have now told me to replace the mother board.Is there an alternative before I buy the expensive board? I have hardly used it for less than 2 years.

    i have changed the lamp and air filter, reset the lamp and filter timers. but i have a lamp and temp light flashing on the top of the unit. the picture is perfect but dont know how to stop these from flashing red, can anyone help?

Go to menu, than select filter timer. press reset for 3 seconds, reset the filter timer.

Hello, I try to help. But your questions not spesific.
Below are conditions lamp indicators that appear blinking and solutions:

1. If Timer and Lamp blinking --> Auto timer on/off was been set, picture will appear ~ 25 second.
2. If Timer and Standby/Temp blinking --> A cooling fan inside the set is not operating properly.
3. If Lamp and Standby/Temp blinking --> The lamp cover on the rear of the set is not installed properly.

Lights go on and off not adhering to timer schedule
You posted under Leviton 6124 timer.

I have tested this timer.

If timer worked correctly before and then started blinking, the timer might be bad.
Turn off power to timer and see if timer resets.

If this is new installation and lights are blinking on-off, then white and red wires are probably connected together.
Re-connect wires.

Red light
thats not a bad thing, just clean air filter. if you have done it, then go to air filter on the menu, then keep reset pressed down - then it should be not blinking.

Sony Wega KDFE55A20 screen and sound going out, red blinking lights, but comes back on...then repeats. Replaced the bulb about 8 months ago and seemed to solve the problem. But it is occuring way too often...
p# 19100239 6 blinks indicates fuse. Do not plug set into switched outlet. besure set is allowed to cool down before ac power is ever removed. Thermal fuse is on the optical block under the lamp housing. do goole search for part availability and source.

Toshiba Regza with red LED blinking
hello the red blinking lights is a service code when this happens it means theres a power problem or a fualty circut. it happens alot with these new plasma and lcd tv's its very common since these units have built in protection and power loss a fualt or short will cuase this.
the tv needs service the tech will know what to look for according to the number of blinks.

Both Temp and Lamp lights blink red
All you should need to do is go to the menu on the projector, and find the Filter Timer. Hit the right arrow to select the filter time, and then hold the rest button on the projector until you are prompted to confirm the reset. Hit menu to confirm and it should now reset the filter timer. Now cut the projector off and back on and the lights should stop blinking. I hope this helps.
