How can I change the days in casio Ef 331

First of all avoid setting the day and day of the week between 9.00 pm and 6.00 am. The day and day of the week may not change in the following day if you do.
Try this,
1) Pull the crown to the first click.
2) Set the day by rotating the crown counterclockwise.
3) Set the day of the week by rotating the crown clockwise.
4) Push the crown back to its normal position.

Hope this will help.
Cheers

13 days is how many hours, minutes en seconds?

There are 24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in an hour, 60 seconds in a minute, so there are:

24 hours per day
24* 60 = 1,440 minutes per day
1440 * 60 = 86,400 seconds per day

13 days = 312 hours 0 minutes 0 seconds
or
13 days = 18,720 minutes 0 seconds
or
13 days = 1,123,200 seconds

My DZ4067 functions in the non-English day of the week for 21 hours a day now. How do I change it back so the the day of the week is in English for 21 hours a day?

The "day of the week" wheel on your watch actually has 2 settings on it--one for English, one for another language (often French, but could also be Russian, Japanese, Korean, or any other language, depending on the intended distribution of the watch). You'll need to shift the day track over by "half a notch," so to speak, to get things back in alignment.

The crown you use to set your watch can be pulled out into 2 positions. If you pull it all the way out, you set the time. If you pull it half-way out, you can set the day and date. If you turn the crown clockwise, you advance the date. If you turn the crown counter-clockwise, you should be able to change the day of the week. However, instead of turning the day back a full day, stop when you get a day with the correct language on it. At this point, pull the crown out all the way and manually advance the time 12 or 24 hours until the day and date advance as they would when the watch is running. This is to check that you've correctly gotten the day track correctly oriented. You may have to repeat this process a second time to get it right.

Once you have the day back on track, adjust the date and time, and you should be good to go.

Diesel's own directions, which can be found here: http://store.dieseltimeframes.com/common/images/customercare/instructions/ENGLISH/Diesel_Core-Inst_ENG.pdf are pretty cryptic, but they do have a diagram that might help a little bit. You'll want to look at the section for "Day/Date Watch IS02, 507.2-3, 517.2, 2105, 2305, 2405"

Good luck!

My Waltham watch has a foreign day listed before the numerical date. It wasn't there for the first 3 years I had my watch. I am an RN, and when pulling my gloves off one day, it accidentally pulled out...

some watches (like yours) can show two days and it would seem that you accidentally re-set the day when you took off your gloves.

Try pulling out the winder to the mid position (1st click) and then turn the winder slowly (anticlockwise?) to re-set the day. It should show the english day next and then the foreign date then english again and so on. Leave it set at the english day you want and it should continue in that manner.

Fossil JR9589

(I'm dutch, so I'll try in my best englisch)

I don't know if you still have the problem, but what you should do is te following:

* pull out the knob (2 times) and turn anti-clockwise to change the time
* keep doing until it's 24.00 (midnight) and you day change's to the UK (!) day.
* push back the knob (1 time) and change the day to the FRANCE (!) day by turning anti-clockwise
* pull out the knob again and turn anti-clockwise to change the time until 03:00 (midnight)
* you see the then change the day back to the UK day

So, every night at 00:00 the day changes to the FRANCE notation and at 03:00 it then changes to the UK notation, so you can enjoy this setting during the day.

Good Luck.
Also owner of JR9589 watch.
