My printer had a paper jam now it wont restart. I have removed the paper jam, pressed ok but the printer is still telling me to "Remove paper"

Have you check paper jam from the fuser? You have to open the fuser door which is at the back (on the rear) of the printer, after pulling out the fuser, you'll be able to do that.. Also check the paper carriage (passage after the Tray).
If there's nothing, then, remove the cartridges and shutdown the printer, leave it off for few minutes and then again restart it while pressing the power button and if the error still there, press the "Go" or "Ok" button and see if it helps or not..

If paper is jammed, a Paper jam message will appear on the control panel display.

Follow these steps to clear the jam:

1. Gently pull any jammed paper out of the output tray or sheet feeder.
   
   
2. If the paper is stuck inside, turn off the Epson Stylus CX.
   
   
3. Open the scanner, remove the jammed paper and torn pieces, close the scanner, and turn the Epson Stylus CX back on.
   
   Note: Be sure to check the far left of the carriage area when checking for jammed paper. Paper that is jammed there may be hidden from view.

If paper jams inside the Automatic Document Feeder, clear the jam as follows:

1. Open the Automatic Document Feeder cover and remove any jammed paper.
   
   
   
   
2. If necessary, lift the document cover and remove any paper that has jammed inside.
   
   
   
   
3. Press OK to clear any messages on the display screen.

please help me. i have canon print mx308. the have paper jams. paper has the full out from print. how i can finish the problems?

open the back and the front. try pressing the feed button constantly just incase there is something stuck. it might be only a corner under one of the feeders. reboot it. and try to get the printer to re a line by turning off the printer then restarting it.

try this

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Remove any paper trays. Inspect them for wrinkled or damaged paper.
3. Also open the back cover of the printer if this model has one.
4. Open any other doors that give access to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge.
5. If necessary, remove the toner or ink cartridge. Place it away from light/ sun light to avoid damaging it.
6. If you find a piece of jammed paper, remove it by holding it with both hands and pulling firmly. The goal is to keep the paper from tearing. If several pieces are jammed together, try pulling out the middle piece first to loosen the jam.
7. If the paper does tear, try rotating the roller gears manually to free the paper. Don't force anything, though. Do this step especially if the jam message comes up repeatedly without any obvious paper jam, there may be a small tear of paper inside.
8. Ones the printer is free of paper Replace the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays, close any doors you opened and turn the printer back on.
9. If the printer paper jam message still appears, then there is still some paper in the printer. Reinspect the paper path.
10. see alternative if the problem is still not solved.

Load a piece of thick paper, for example photo paper and press the resume button (may be diffrent button on diffrent models) a few times to the printer picks up the paper and puts it through the machine.

PLEASE REMOVE THE POWER CABLE AND REINSERT IT IT SHOUL BE OK AND IF STILL PERSIST JUST RESTART THE PC IF STILL RESIST PLEASE LET SOME TECHNICIAN TO CHECK FOR THE SENSOR FOR THE PAPER JAM ...

This indicates that there is chance of paper jam on your printer . Remove the cover and remove any bit of paper and clean the roller with isopropyl alcohol and then put back cover and restart printer .
