Next time you have an incoming call:
-Leave the handset down (do not answer the call).
-Press the 'transfer' button to scroll through the different displays until the caller ID is shown.
-Lift the handset to answer the call.
-The next time you have an incoming call it should show the caller ID.

I have 4 panasonic kx t7630 phones. is it possible that when someone calls my main number all 4 phones ring at the same time?

You can make it do whatever you want. It's programmed in the ICD group 1 (by default 600 or 601) in system programming. If it's only ringing the first phone (101) and a solid red light on all the others, I'm betting it's never been programmed at all, because out of the box it has no program.

I have programmed the one-touch dialling but this has caused the little red light on the outside line button not to display with incoming or outgoing calls. Im at reception and this function was great but...

No, post here, read here, no email to you.

Press PROGRAM and the button you unprogrammed. If it's a CO line, dial 0 + 001,002,003 or whatever and STORE. That puts the lines back under the buttons.

Remove message of the middle line of display

Pick a spare button and label it CALL LOG. Now press PROG that button and dial 54 STORE. Ooh, it should light up. Now press it and your display will show 3 of the 4 lines of CID info from the calls to your set. The navigator button will show the rest, just keep pressing the UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT buttons. When you run out of items to display, the light and INCOMING CALL display will go out.

If you press 54 and the 3 digit number of your incoming call group (maybe 601 by default) it will follow the incoming calls to the entire call group.

How to do check my missed call log

A Panasonic TDx system has 2 types of call logs, one personal for the set, and one for the ICD group.

Pick a spare button, press PROG, the button, and dial 54 STORE.

If you had incoming: 00x on your display, that button will light and you can now press it to see who called. Your Navigator UP/DONW key will step you forward or backward through the log. The LEFT/RIGHT key will display the 4 lines of the display if you're not using a 7636 phone.

If you want to see incoming calls to a particular ICD group, pick another button, and dial 54 plus the ICD group number. For example, I used 100 as my ICD group (now 600 by default). I have 2 buttons, one logs my extension calls, one displays the system calls.

Display showing "Incoming Call :001"

Don't worry, if you ignore it will grow :-)

It's a count of the unanswered calls with CID. If you take a spare button and program it for Call Log, it will light up and you press it to start the call log display.

Try this press PROG 54 STORE

When you press it, your display will now reveal the numbers under incoming.

If you put a number after the 54, it will log calls for a particular group. I get my calls on incoming group 100, so I store 54 100 under a button and I can see all system calls. I have a second button for just my extension calls.

Night switching for KX-T7630

You have 4 different modes of calling available to be programmed: DAY NIGHT BREAK and LUNCH. Your installer has to set up the ICD groups, but you can create a LUNCH group which looks like the day mode but rings all phones. The codes are accessed by dialing on the intercom *780x where 0 is day 1 is night 2 is lunch and 3 is break.

You may use the NIGHT mode in the daytime, but if you have voice mail, it will play the night greeting instead of a day greeting.

Lost the time and date line in the display

Unplug the phone, wait one minute, then plug it back in and see if the display comes back on. Press the program button, press 22 on the dial pad, press program button again ( if the phone is ringing on the incoming call and not just flashing).

Panasonic phone kx-t7630

Sorry I couldn't up load the manual for you but here's the link for you: http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Phones-Fax/Business-Home-Systems/System-Phones/Digital-Hybrid-IP-PBX-Phones/model.KX-T7630 You'll find all the programming settings on Pg 9. You'll need your "Pin code". I could not find anything on how to clear it if you forget it. You may need to go to a service center or call one. Good luck
