Panasonic phone kx-t7630

Hi there. I have a problem with my phone. I need to record a new introduction messege for incoming calls (something like: welcome....if you want to speak with kitchen, please dial 0) so the people who calls may dial directly an extention number. The thing is that I already have one presentation recorded, but it was recordeed by the person who doesn't work here any more and I don't know how to fix it. Please help.

Sorry I couldn't up load the manual for you but here's the link for you: http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Phones-Fax/Business-Home-Systems/System-Phones/Digital-Hybrid-IP-PBX-Phones/model.KX-T7630 You'll find all the programming settings on Pg 9. You'll need your "Pin code". I could not find anything on how to clear it if you forget it. You may need to go to a service center or call one. Good luck

How do I return my Panasonic KX-T7630 to its default settings. I cannot get it to stop forwarding calls to my mobile

Based on the documentation for the KX-T76XX phones, you can cancel the Call Forwarding by picking up the handset of your KX-T7630. Then press the FWD/DND button. Next press 0 to cancel all call forwarding. See page 17 of the manual here: https://www.ask-tsc.com/pdf/KX-T76xx.pdf . (You can also select to cancel call forwarding for external or internal incoming calls separately, if needed.)

If pressing 0 does not work, did you lock the extension? See page 18 for information on unlocking the extension. If that fails, contact your phone system administration. As far as I know, there is no global reset option available to users of an extension.

I hope this helps.

Next time you have an incoming call:
-Leave the handset down (do not answer the call).
-Press the 'transfer' button to scroll through the different displays until the caller ID is shown.
-Lift the handset to answer the call.
-The next time you have an incoming call it should show the caller ID.

How do I connect a background music source to Panasonic KX-T7630 phones?

The Music On Hold (MOH) is not connected on the KX-T7630 Phone but rather to the phone system. You will need to get an extension from the phone system and connect it to the KX-TVM50/200 Voice Processing System (VPS). Incoming calls are then answered by the extension connected to the VPS ... i sugest you get a Tech to help you with setup or get an online programmer to guide you on hardware setup and he does the programming for you.

My Panasonic KX-T7630 do not allow to make phonecalls out office

The pin is assigned at installation. When you press an outside line, the AUTO something button flashes. Press that button and If you put in the correct 4 digit code, you will get dial tone and be able to dial.

Hi, I have a Panasonic KX-T7636 and I dont see any caller ID on incoming calls. How do I fix this?

Okay well i'll just give you the long and short. If your caller id was working and then it all of the sudden stopped working you need to call your phone service provider and notify them. If you just got these phones installed then you would need to get a caller id card and turn on the caller id prompt from your phone system.

Night switching for KX-T7630

You have 4 different modes of calling available to be programmed: DAY NIGHT BREAK and LUNCH. Your installer has to set up the ICD groups, but you can create a LUNCH group which looks like the day mode but rings all phones. The codes are accessed by dialing on the intercom *780x where 0 is day 1 is night 2 is lunch and 3 is break.

You may use the NIGHT mode in the daytime, but if you have voice mail, it will play the night greeting instead of a day greeting.
