If you have purchased this software legally and also entering the product key number correctly then you should contact kaspersky technical support team.

If you have downloaded this software and using the pirated version, then it may happen that this product key is already activated and registered in software's internet repository server.

I've checked the LG support website. The product is discontinued but if you register your product you may get downloads of firmware upgrades, etc. With my phillips I couldn't see any firmware upgrades until I registered my product. Register here!

u can contact microsoft and the support person will ask for a no. that is on the inner layer of the cd .... once you give him the no. and if you have registered your version of the microsoft office .... they will charge about $10 and send you the product key ...

Start at blackanddecker.com and select the customer support option that appears at the top right of the page. You will see the option to register your products on the left under heading of products and services. Click on product registration. Sign in as a guest and you should be able to register your products
