You will have to download and install Itunes to your computer..
Once you have Itunes installed, you will put your CD in the CD drive and download the MP3's to Itunes.
After you have your music downloaded to Itunes.
You will hook up your Ipod to the computer and Itunes will recognize it and then you can download your music to your Ipod.

To my knowledge you use just standard iTune downloaded from Apple.com

itunes (Not free,but legal)

Download itunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/)
Make an itunes account (itunes store)
insert mayment info
enjoy,download the music then drag it into "windows explorer"

1)go to http://www.frostwire.com and download the latest version of frostwire....
2)install frostwire.....
3)launch frostwire,set up wizard (very easy!)
4)go to the music tab (insert song name)
5)A list will come up (click the song you wish to download
6)Once download, from the download box (drag downloaded song into the mp3 players folder!)
7)enjoy listening to great music!

Basicly you simply need the itunes, and then your music, witch is on your ipod and your itunes account? so I think you simple have to install itunes, login, plug the ipod in and everything should work as before. Might be a bit difrent if the itunes program has been updated from your previous version.

I think you can order a new cd from apple if you need one.

If you install the itunes version 7.5 that you downloaded, you wont lose your music library. It is a separate file from the programs installation files. You don't need to uninstall the previous version, the new one will install on top of it.
