You can most certainly connect more than one console to a single TV. I would recommend calling a professional service. I own a shop in Central GA. JuiceBox Gaming Systems 1-800-479-4620 give us a call, we will try our best free over the phone to get you going. It is much easier talking through a problem.

My wii says an error has occurred and its say take the disk out and turn the power off but still will not work.

If you keep getting the error below with all games

"An error has occurred. Press the Eject Button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii console off and refer to the Wii operations Manual for help troubleshooting."

You need to replace the laser in your Wii. You can find them online and you shouldn't pay more than $50.00

Sounds like the drive or the laser has been dis lodged and needs to be repaired. Simple if you have basic electronics repair experience. Shouldn't cost too much to be repaired at a service centre, unless parts need replacing.

Hope this has been helpful.

I would definatly contact Nintendo customer support. It sounds like your Disc drive on the Wii is going bad. They will either fix or replace your wii, if it is still under warranty then they will do so at no cost to you.

We are getting an error message everytime we load a disc

Hi,

Try the following options.

1:) Soft Reset:- Press the reset button on the Wii console For 2 seconds.
2:) Hard Reset. :- Unplug The Wii Console For 5-10 Minutes. As once unplugged it resets itself.
3:) use a CD/DVD Based laser head cleaning disk, to remove any dirt/dust from the laser unit.
