My Nokia 6300 got wet and now both blue lights are showing and the phone will not turn on?
That is like a system light. You cant turn it off.

I had a simliar problem with my k800i, it turned out that it needed its firmware/software updated. So u can either get it "flashed" at a shop (around £10) or you can try doing it at home but you'll need the software and the data cable for the phone. Google it i'm sure you'll find something.
