Recently when I turn my phone off the blue lcd lights at the side of the phone remain on. When i switch it back on in the morning the battery is drained! The side lights also come on when the phone is put on key lock. I have gone into settings, profile and have turned the lighting effects off but it is still happening, please can you help me or explain why this is doing this, Thanks
Reset of muster password
This could be a software glitch. Perform reset settings on the handset. You will not lose any date, only personalized settings will be resorted to factory defaults. If this still does not help, you would need to reflash the software on the handset.

Thanks for your help. I have just restored the factory settings and it has not worked, when i turn the phone off the lcd lights still come on. How to i reflash the software on the handset?
