Need a manual for a Windchime PAC9 Model SA 12059 Air Conditioner, or advise on how to bet alarm light to turn off so unit will work

Most likely the unit is full of condensate and needs to be drained. You may also want to clean the unit internally to prevent this.

Drain the condensate from the bottom of the unit from the drain plug.

Drain the water from the unit using the drain plug at the bottom. I drain mine into a thick towel so i dont have to haul it outside.

I also need these for two units. I have had no luck finding any. Sadly the company seems out of business.

If the alarm persists, you may need to drain the unit. The most common alarm is caused by the condensate sensor (water level)

Drain the unit, sounds like the condensate tank is full.

the bottom blower in a PAC9 is the blower motor that sucks room air in through the bottom vents of the unit through the condenser. this air removes heat from the condeser and is blown out through the warm air vent duct. A common failure on windchaser units is the 'bottom blower squirrel cage' which is a plastic fanblade.

Sadly this company seems to be out of business, parts unavailable. You can get a little creative and make the pieces you need from off the shelf parts at lowes. I used a plastic pumbing fitting, some vent hose, two small metal brackets, zip ties, and thick foil tape to seal it.

look at the water shut of float, as when the bottom of unit fills with water nor the bottom water float shut of gets stuck in the up position of the toggle relay itself get falty this will cause the proble you discribe
