The tv universal remotes are having very limited options in functions and tv universal remotes are only work correctly are like buttons power on/off volume up/down and channels up/down.Menu button and a Video setting option modes functions setting are another story all together.These two functions Menu button and Video setting modes funtions will not work correctly in any tv universal remotes.Because these Menu and Video setting modes are belong into the internal setting of the tv itself.It will only work correctly with the tv original remote only.Try website like Remotes.com to buy the tv original remote to use.

There is button on your remote labeled TV/AV . Press the button to get a blank screen with AV written on the screen. If your game device is connected at the back to this AV socket ( Yellow / Red / White ) you will see the game menu display.
On some of the TV remotes it might not be written TV/AV but INPUT SOURCE or just a picture of a TV screen with an arrow pointing inwards ( that LOGO is the universal symbol for INPUT )

sanyo are bad for not letting you get to the "game" channel as they call it. If there is nothing wrong with your remote there should be a button labled as "GAME" push that one. If the button has stoped working like mine did one time then there is not other way to get to the video channel you will have to order another remote from the manuf. they run about 50.00 I think they do that on purpose just to get more money out of people, mine stoped one time and there is abosolute no way "or at least on my model" to get it into game mode . they said that I had to order another remote, well I refused because of the price of it , I wanted another tv for another room and luckly for me the new remote that came with the new tv works the other tv so I was able to turn it to game mode.Good Luck

problem: during tv mode the reception will loss and back
in turn to blue color then back to channel frequency!
at video the picture is okay but ther is no audio!
