No Outlook email password is different, without knowing the incoming and outgoing address is not possible to configure outlook, which email service are you using check with them for incoming and outgoing mail server address
My LG Optimus will not receive incoming calls. Whenever someone tries to call my phone it is showing missed call onlyl. I can still receive all other alerts such as sms, mms, and e mail but my voice calls are not coming through. What to do
You could sent out but unable to receive. I'm pretty sure that your e-mail is configured in the e-mail client of your phone via POP or IMAP or Exchange.
1. Make sure that you still have enough memory storage on your e-mail. You may verify it with your e-mail provider.
2. Change the Incoming Mail Server port. If it's setup for POP, you may use the ports 110 (non-SSL) or 995 (SSL).
If it's configured as IMAP, use any of these ports - 143 or 993.
Changing the incoming ports should resolve this issue.
don't know what e-mail service you're using, but check if you have incoming filter set too high! also, check firewall settings! may be blocking incoming e-mail! good luck!
Typically you want your phone system to ring your phones (say extension 10, 11 and 15) and then if no one answers after so many rings the call is transfered to the port the voice mail is on (let's say it's port 16) The voice mail is set to answer right away but does not "ring" until the call is transfered to it.
This way (at 4 rings) if a call comes in on line 1 and you answer after 3 rings but a call comes in on line 2 at the same time, the first ring on line 2 will not make the total = 4 and set off the voice mail.
I would guess the port at your voice mail is not set to ring and nothing is set up to transfer calls to your voice mail.
Did you set this up yourself? How did you program the phone system?
How can I erase socket error 11004, error number 0x800CCCOD which comes up when I try to receive incoming mail.
Is it possible to erase an email sent to me but not yet arrived in my inbox?(the email has some pictures on it). this could have something to do the problem. Several minutes, after clicking send and receive on Outlook Express 6 with no mail arriving the above error comes up. It has also come up on Orange Webmail
