Question about Dell OptiPlex GX260 PC Desktop
When I insert the power cable(wall to PC), it will boot and run, other wise it can not boot and load the OS . For some reason , the power switch confuses me.
That is how it's supposed to work, when you plug it in it works, when you unplug it, it will not work.....

You should see a set of four lights on the back of the computer. They are dianostic lights that can give you a better idea of what's going on with the computer. Press the power button and look at how these lights are displayed.
