To make a payment with a checking account, have the following information ready:
Your MetroPCS phone number
The dollar amount you wish to pay
The routing number and checking account number. The routing number is the 9-digit identifier that is specific to your bank. It is located between two symbols on the bottom left-hand side of the check. Your checking account number immediately follows your bank's routing number as the second set of numbers.
Additional personal information that only you would know to verify your identity.

just call at 1800 number and provide your personal information and the credit or card associated with your sun pass device. make sure you have the serial number of your device too.
Try checking the expiration date saved in the Paypal account for the credit card that you wish to use for payment to make sure it has not expired. If it has not expired and the date listed for that card in Paypal is current, then delete the card from your payment option choices. After the card is deleted, close Paypal and the internet. Reopen the internet and go back to Paypal. Choose add a new payment method and re-enter the credit card information that you wish to use as a payment source. This should correct the problem.
Log in to your account, select Profile and in the drop down menu ... add or edit credit card. Update the information for the expiration date and the 3 digit code on back of card and save.
