Hi branden lee bradley, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information. Is there any chance you could access a computer at a public library? I don't know what state you're in, but here in Oregon all public libraries have them even in tiny towns of 400 people or less. Worth a try.

SOURCE: 8GB iPod Touch Disabled

you will have to restore your ipod to factory default settings in itunes.
or you can jailbreak the ipod with software like quickpwn.

Here is how to restore your ipod in itunes.
You will need to put the itouch in DFU/Recovery mode to get it to connect.

Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} Plug the usb cable into the Ipod and NOT into the computer.
Hold the Home Button down for 5 second (do not release it)
Then Press and hold the Power Button for approx 10 secs (count them out)
Your iPod will reboot.
Release the power button and continue holding the Home button for an additional 27secs.
You may see the screen go blank or not.
Plug the USB end into the computer with itunes open.
Your ipod will mount in recovery mode.
Restore it and Your all set.

if you need any further help let me know.
Good Luck

SOURCE: MY IPOD TOUCH IS DISABLE I DONT KNOW HOW TO ENABLE

here's how to enable it.

1. Turn on your iPod (in my case it would only get as far as displaying the Apple logo
2. Hold the power and home buttons down (the iPod will power off after 10 seconds, but keep holding those buttons down)
3. After the iPod powers off, release the power button (but keep holding the home button down)
4. After a couple more seconds, you should hear that magical “ding dong” that means the iPod is coming back alive, and that Windows has detected it. You may even see a little “New hardware” popup in Windows. It is now safe to release the home button, and your iPod is in DFU mode.
5. Now iTunes will see it as a DFU’ed iPod and should ask you to automatically restore its firmware.
6. iTunes has to download the new firmware, and it takes a while, so go make a sandwich.

How do i fix my disabled ipod

Step 1:
If you enter the wrong passcode repeatedly on an iPod Touch, it will display a message that says "iPod is disabled." At first, the iPod will only be disabled for a minute, but if you continue to enter the wrong passcode, it will become disabled for longer periods of time, and finally, you will need to connect it to the computer with which you last synced it. From here, you will need to restore the iPod Touch to factory settings.

Open iTunes. Click "iTunes" in the upper-left corner, then select "Check for Updates" to ensure you have the latest version. Connect your iPod Touch to your computer with the USB 2.0 docking cable. Click your iPod's name under "Devices" on the left-hand side of the iTunes browser. Click the "Summary" tab. Click "Restore." Follow the prompts in the dialog box that appears to finish the restore. Your iPod will return to factory settings. Choose to set up the iPod as a new iPod or from a backup in the screen that appears when the restore is complete.

Go to it's tab in iTunes, and hit the button that says restore. It'll restore it to factory settings, and then you just need to go back through the steps to put your iPod like it was (I.E. syncing and jailbreaking, putting custom settings, etc.)

My ipod touch says disabled connect to itunes but i dont own the computer it was originally used with and it wont connect to itunes. how can i get around this and restore factory settings?

If you dont mind losing everything on the ipod -- connect to your computer and sync with your iTunes.
This will replace everything on the ipod with the contents of your itunes.

If this is not what you want, you will need to google - removing songs from ipod
this will give you various ways depending on your set up on how to get the tracks off your ipod without going through itunes.
