Format recovery You guys have any idea to rescue lost pictures from phone memory card? I have a phone SD card that is formatted suddenly and all stored picture are lost afterwards. But, all these pictures are the only copy that I have. I don't want to lose them. They all are my memories of the past years. Do you have any idea for me to get them all back? Thank you for any suggestion.

You can't even format them when they are write-protected. I have the same problem with 2 different SD cards. The lock is in the off position but it still says they're write-protected and can't be formatted either.

If you have a card reader try to format it via your pc that may help to recover your card. Else you have to purchase new one. Best of luck.

If you a using a card reader that plugs into your PC and it STILL doesn't read from the card, this means that the card itself is defective and needs to replaced. You CAN try using another card reader to see if that helps.
