Most doll clothes patterns have very similar instructions. My suggestion would be to use another pattern (either baby clothing, a doll pattern, or even adult clothing pattern) that is a similar style to your pattern. Match the pattern pieces of your pattern to the same shape pieces in the new instructions. Then sew the pieces in the same order as the new instructions say.
Alternatively, you can wait for a pattern sale at one of the fabric stores and buy a similar pattern (usually for about $2, when patterns are on sale).
Sorry, but copyright law does not allow posting of instructions online, so I doubt you will be able to find replacement instructions without making another pattern purchase.
