While your iDog AMP'D is in "Listening Mode", hold down it's tail, and press it's nose. Make sure that you keep holding it's tail down the entire time, even after you pressed it's nose. You should see a spinning light pattern, that signifys that the motor movements are off. To turn them back on, either turn off/on your iDop AMP'D, or do the same thing but hold it's tail upwards. If your iDog AMP'D growls instead, that means it was not in "Listening Mode", and simply wait for it to start showing light patterns to music, then try again.

Hope this helped!

Old Sony CD Walkman plays Disc for a bit then stops Spinning still playing Music then starts Spinning again continuous playing of Music is this Normal . can see all this through top of lid

Yes, this would be normal. It spins the disk and fills an internal "buffer", which then plays until it is ready to fill the buffer again. This improves resistance to being moved around while playing.

Is having trouble reading or tracking disc.I opened top and while playing disc the tracking mechanism goes out then back in and starts playing where it stopped?

You can clean the lens with a small amount of windex and put a little oil like 3 and 1 oil on the spindle motor shaft and on the sled rails. Good luck !

I have the blue elephant train with the red bird on top for my little girl. The music plays and it worked for the first few times that my daughter played with it. But now it will not move on it's own...

I can't help I'm afraid, but I was searching for a similar answer! Our stopped moving after a couple of days and as soon as my other half tried to dismantle it, the music stopped too. Must be a fault. I might contact FP and see if they can help. Good luck :)

Not moving anymore

The batteries are low, when the music plays on a toy and the motors stop it usually means low batteries,

Ilo will not go forward it will only scroll music backwards.

This player (it's not the only one) is "sticky" - it is slow to move forward and back - best bet is to stop song play completely, and THEN move forward and back
