There is no Print Screen key and no PrtScn key.
If you're on Win7/Vista just click Start and type "On screen keyboard". Hit enter and you'll see the print screen button right in front of you. Or you can find other was to do it on this web site: Take screen capture print your screen Windows Help
Testimonial: "The one about On Screen Keyboard was the most helpful. Thanks for noticing that there is no PrtScn key. Most grateful! :-)"
SOURCE: How do I get the PrtScn key to print the screen?
Download this utility that will make PrtScr easier to do:
Once installed, Purrint places an icon on the system tray, though I'd say it's more comfortable to use with the keyboard itself. Now, every time you press the PrtScr key (or the Alt+PrtScr shortcut to capture the active window) a window will open and offer you the possibility to copy the image to the clipboard (as the standard key would do), save it as an image file or send it to your printer right away.

SOURCE: prtscn and sysrq button together, how to paste to paint
Hi,
The best way to save your screenshot and open it in paint is to hit the Prt Scr key, open paint and you can either right click and paste or click on file in the top left and paste.
To save the shot click on file, save or save as.
Regards.
