Showing error code and says to turn off and then back on after pause? to no avail!!!! does anyone know if I can reset the printer in anyway? reset button or such like?
Try to reset your printer by pressing the "RESET" button... then try to reinstall the printer's driver in your PC or Laptop.

Well, error 0501 is low toner concentration problem
fill new toner and then off and on main switch many time, if the problem persists then you need to check the toner motor.

Your machine is made by Konica Minolta. The C3721 code means that your fuser unit has detected an overheat condition. The fuser unit is the assembly that uses heat and pressure to "fuse" the loose toner onto the paper. It is located right where the copies exit the machine. Your are going to need to have your local service company come out and make repairs. You may get advice as to how to reset the code but beware. Since this is an overheat code, if you reset it more than once you can do severe damage to your fuser unit. You may turn a simple and relatively in-expensive repair into a major one.
I would waot if at all possible for the service technician, but I have only worked on Konica Minolta copiers for nearly 28 years now.
