I think it is not enough information to make even a guess... of course to someone who is so ignorant of information needed to trouble shoot a problem, I will give the advise that works 85% of the time with such IQ deficient persons

I have a 1962 model 1474 silvertone amp and I need one knob. Can someone help me?

As long as the spindle sticks out of the panel! The one I have will tighten as a screw in it will grip the spindle. I do have others though that might fit if the spindle is inside.
