sounds like circuit board has gone bad. If you are the original owner and purchased from an authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer it may still be under warranty. There is a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Contact your local authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer for service or have them send it to Husqvarna Viking (SVP) Technical Service Department for repair.
