My xelio tablet screen is unresponsive. I have powered off. I have reset. I have held down the power and volume button to reset. It always goes back to the lock screen where the time and date are accurate but I can't get the touch screen to unlock.

hard reset it by press power button and the volume plus button when the tablet turns on release the power button but still hold the volume plus button till the recovery screen comes up go down to wipe data by using the volume down then press power button then go down to yes press power button ok it then it will go back to the recovery screen go to reboot press power button and it will reboot

2. Hold down Volume + button and Power button at same time.
3. When screen comes on let go of Power button.
4. When the large Android shows on screen let go of Volume + button.
5. Use Volume - button to scroll to Wipe Data/ Factory Reset

9. Tap Power button to select Reboot System Now.

First, turn your tablet off. Then, power the tablet back up by holding down the volume (either + or - ) and power buttons simultaneously. Continue holding the volume button until the screen says "Booting tablet in recovery mode." This will give you a picture of an Android. Pop the back off, unplug the battery for about 30 seconds, plug the battery back in, put the back cover back on. You will find it will start no problem.

Try holding power and both volumes if it reboots normally try again but let go of power when the Android pops up
