Tsonic 610 Transcend palyer got heated when connected to computer

If there is no power with what ever you do try to reset the player. If this wont work either it is possible that there are errrors within, as a last resort you can open to check the battery within.
But keep it connected to power overnight to crosscheck on battery charging before you open.when connected to computer does it indicates charging, if not carefuly save off all your files to a new folder and format the drive. Now repeat the procedure and check for battery failure.

To format the player you will need to connect it to a PC using a USB cable. The player will then be shown as a removable drive in my computer. Right-click and choose format. Thats it. Be aware that this will erase all of your data including songs, play lists etc.,

follow this process
right click on computer then
1. click properties
2.hardware
3.device manager
4.universal serial bus controller(open the + sign)
5.click upper one double click
6 go to driver
7.click on the update driver
8. then choose second one (advanced) then next
9.click don't search
10.then next next if it is over
same process with anotherone then restart your computer and enjoy you ipod
and don't forget to give rating

the problem occurs because the usb(of ur comp) where you are trying to connect has been disabled

Upgrade to new version of firmware. I think the latest is ver 3.4. Good luck.
